Community Eye-Examination Scheme

Since establishment, we are committed to promoting eye health education to prevent blindness. With the increasing demands of the society, we have extended our services. In 2010, we have launched the “Community Eye-Examination” Scheme together with ophthalmologists, registered optometrists. We have visited community centers or nursing homes to do eye check-ups for those in need.

As the aging population increases, the demand for eye treatment has subsequently been increasing as well. Therefore, “Comprehensive Ophthalmic Examination Program” has been held to prevent patients from missing the golden curing time.

Encourage the elderly to face up to eye disease,

take early medical treatment.

The comprehensive ophthalmic examination is not only checking the degree of refraction and presbyopia but also to assess the risk of glaucoma, macular degeneration, lens (cataract) turbidity and other eye conditions. More than 18,000 elderlies have been benefited.
